Wending South Red Blend VQA 2020

This is an eclectic blend of 52% Dornfelder, 25% Cabernet Franc, 16% Gamay and the rest Lemberger. Brilliantly tangy and crisp, it spent 15 months mellowing in neutral oak barrels, bringing a lovely silky texture to a core of black cherry, plum, peppercorn, and wild herbs.
