Westcott Estate Pinot Noir 2021

A pure, rustic expression of Ontario Pinot Noir from one of the province’s best producers of the grape. A 22 month long élevage in neutral French oak follows wild fermentation that ultimately delivers honest and wildly seductive notes of red cherry, ripe raspberries and fall leaves. Fine tannins and a masterstroke of tension coupled with bright acidity brings undeniable energy, and promises of a silk-infused love story in the glass. Score – 94.
