Xavier Vignon Côtes du Rhône 2023

This wine is a blend of 70% Grenache and 30% Syrah harvested by hand from vines aged 45-100 years. It’s bold and round, with ripe blackberry, raspberry, spicy pepper, wild herbs, and a slightly salty finish. A great choice for bacon-wrapped steak medallions. Drink through 2030+.
