Yvon Mau Saint Emilion

A traditional Bordeaux blend of 85% Merlot, 10 % Cabernet Franc and 5% Cabernet Sauvignon. Notes of chocolate and black fruit enhance intense plummy aromas. Delicate dark berry and raspberry fruit flavours finish soft with well-balanced spice accents and moderate tannins. Ideal paired with steak frites.
