This wine is 60% Shiraz farmed in McLaren Vale and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon from Langhorne Creek. It’s floral, with blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, campfire, and oak spice. Well-made and structured, with a smooth, long finish. Enjoy it with grilled meats or grilled portobello mushroom burgers. This will drink through to the end of the decade.
