Zonte’s Footstep 1st Off the Rank Cabernet Sauvignon 2021

This is splendidly appealing on the nose showing cassis, green olive, spicy oak and rich floral aromas, followed by a plump mouthfeel offering excellent fruit power and density. Superbly structured by loads of fine tannins, making it firmly structured and sturdy. At its best: 2023 to 2035. Score – 95. (Sam Kim, wineorbit.co.nz, May 2022)
