This salmon-pink rosé is produced from 100% Merlot and saw a seven-hour maceration in stainless steel before finishing fermentation off the skins. It shows intense white fruit and watermelon alongside grapefruit citrus. Buoyant acidity and lifted rose petal notes make this a fun, joyful, food-friendly wine.
