The skin contact for this Gamay rosé was carefully controlled and limited to achieve the desired colour. The wine is refreshing and crisp, with red fruit, raspberry, strawberry and citrus notes atop a refined, notable minerality. Sip or pair with grilled shrimp or grilled eggplant.
