All from pinot noir vineyards, with 15% fermentation in concrete eggs and the rest in stainless steel tanks, all from direct-pressed clusters and then bottled. This is a refreshing, juicy, fluid rosé, ready to drink now or to buy by the case to take on vacation. One to accompany appetizers of salmon tartar. Score – 91.
