Collefrisio Appassimento Rosso

This wine is made with Montepulciano 60%, Merlot 20%, and Sangiovese 20%. The grapes are harvested late and slightly dried before pressing. This results in a complex wine with notes of rose and violet, licorice, plums, and spice. It is smooth and round with excellent structure and length. Enjoy it with grilled meats.
