This rose is made from 100% estate-grown Merlot. The grapes were hand-picked and cold-soaked to extract the desired colour without the tannins of typical maceration. The bouquet shows aromas of freshly picked berries with melon and strawberry on the palate; it is well-balanced with a dry finish. Pair with soft cheeses.
