Tavel is famous for its robust, ageable rosés. This one is Cinsault, Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre from vines approaching 35 years of age. It’s tangy, fresh and structured, with red pepper, strawberry, melon, and savoury herb undertones. You can pair it with everything from seafood to ribs.
