Although classified as a white grape, Pinot Grigio typically yields wines with a pinkish hue when the juice is given sufficient contact with the skins. This PG is left in contact with the skins for over eight hours, resulting in a colourful wine that showcases pink grapefruit, red berry, fresh flower and mineral tones.
