Pasqua 11 Minutes Rosé 2023

This lithe rosé is an interesting mix of the native Corvina and Trebbiano, with a splash of the French Syrah and Carmenère to add structure and a mineral-driven finish. It shows flavours of wild berry and pomelo accented by hints of dried herbs. Turns out, all it takes is 11 minutes of skin contact with these grapes to make an elegant, lovely wine.
