Pelee Pure Rosé

This wine is vinified with wild yeasts and is a blend of Riesling, Cabernet Franc and the Hungarian hybrid Bianca. Bianca is becoming a popular choice for organic wines due to its natural resistance to many vineyard diseases. This rosé is zesty and refreshing, with watermelon, raspberry, strawberry and a characterful lychee note. Pelee Island suggests pairing it with olive-and-garlic tapenade or margherita pizza.
