Stoneleigh Wild Valley Rosé 2022

The Stoneleigh Wild Valley Rosé is wild fermented (using the natural vineyard yeast collected on the fruit at harvest) in temperatur e-controlled stainless steel tanks. The wine is bright and lifted, with tangy raspberry, strawberry and spice tones. The vibrant acidity makes it a great option for tomato-based dishes, grilled salmon, or a Tex-Mex quinoa salad.
