Product Details
This wine was vinified partly in the whole-berry direct-press method and partly in a “saignée” style, with the berries given eight hours of skin contact. The unique production method created a wine with enhanced intensity and depth of colour while retaining elegance and vibrancy. The finished wine delivers fresh flowers, juicy berry fruit, crunchy bell pepper, and subtle spice.
