The Roost Rosé VQA

The Roost is an easy-going winery located in the beautiful Blue Mountains of Collingwood, Ontario. This rosé is made from pinot noir and pours pale pink in the glass. The wine displays slight floral notes, and aromas of red rhubarb and strawberry. Pair with herb roasted chicken or Pizza Bianca topped with arugula and speck.
