Rosewood Mead Blanc 2022

This refreshingly summery combination of Riesling and mead is made in the pyment style, which sees the grapes co-fermented with honey. It has some sweetness, but the acidity provides such balance that there’s no suggestion of cloyingness. Generous citrus flavours evoke lemon and grapefruit, with a hint of honey. Pair with spiced curried dishes.
