Chigonoiwa Junmai Ginjo Sake

This flavourful sake is crafted from rice grown in ‘Tanada’ stonelined, terraced ricefields in Ena, located in Gifu Prefecture. Gentle aromas flow elegantly through to the full-flavoured palate. It’s well-balanced and dry with a clean, fresh finish. It can be enjoyed at room temperature, warmed, or chilled.
