Daiginjo Kitaakita Sake

Daiginjo Kitaakita from Hokushika Brewery in northern Japan is made from Akita-grown rice, carefully polished to 50%, and brewed using traditional methods. It offers notes of green melon, ripe banana and white blossoms. It’s light-bodied with a clean, elegant mouthfeel. Ideal with white fish and oysters.
