Daishichi Kimoto Junmai Sake

This rich and flavourful sake is produced at the Daischichi Brewery using the traditional Kimoto method and is matured for a year. It is gentle and aromatic with mineral notes on the nose and a soft mouthfeel. Best enjoyed at room temperature or gently warmed. Pair it with creamy dishes.
