Dassai 23 Junmai Daiginjo

Made from 100% Yamada-Nishiki rice that has been painstakingly polished to 23% of the original rice grain. Delicate aromas of cucumber, melon, and fresh rainwater. Incredibly balanced with excellent depth of flavour, silky smooth on the palate. Pairs well with seafood and vegetable dishes; serve chilled.
