Dewazajura Ichiro Junmai Daiginjo Sake

Brewed with Yamadanishiki rice polished to 45%. Fresh and floral with flavours of cantaloupe, grapefruit, limes and berries. Smooth with fleshy fruit on the palate, well balanced with a round, dry finish. Serve with fresh tuna and salmon or tempura vegetables.
