Made with Yamadanishiki rice, milled down to 35% and aged for five years at -5 degrees Celsius, resulting in pure aromas of apple, pear and melon fruit. The ageing gives extra complexity to the palate with flavours of pomegranate and persimmon, round and mellow with a decadent mouthfeel. Pair with game, meats and cheeses.
