Gozenshu Junmai Umeshu

Gozenshu Junmai Umeshu is made with locally grown Okayama plums and the brewery’s signature Bodaimoto sake, traditionally brewed with the noble rice variety, Omachi. The complexities of the sake, combined with the sweetness and acidity of the plums, create a harmonious balance of flavours. Pairs well with cheese.
