Hakkaisan Snow Aged Junmai Daiginjo Sake

This sake is matured for three years using snow-aging, known as ‘Yukimoro,’ where it is stored in a traditional snow-covered room and naturally kept at a stable 3 C. Producing a rich and round sake with intense flavours, layered umami and a long finish. It pairs well with Mediterranean seafood, blue cheese, or short ribs.
