Hakkaisan Tokubetsu Special Honjozo Sake

Hakkaisan Sake Brewery was founded in 1922 and is located at the foot of Mount Hakkai in Niigata. The brewery utilizes natural spring water from the mountain to produce this smooth sake. Delicate aromas express a gentle fruitiness, with hints of sweet rice and yeast. It is soft and fresh on the palate with a dry finish.
