Hakutsuru Nishiki

Hakutsuro Brewing Co. spent 10 years developing and perfecting the rice strain used for this Junmai Daiginjo. Expect delicate aromas of jasmine and orange blossom with a hint of vanilla. The palate is full-flavoured with a delicate refinement. Ideal served chilled or at room temperature, paired with sushi and oysters.
