Hakutsuru Tokubetsu Junmai Yamada Nishiki Sake

This sake is brewed using Yamada Nishiki rice from the Hyogo Prefecture. Toasty almond aromas fill the nose with smooth flavours of rice on the palate. Light and crisp on the finish, it makes a good accompaniment to vegetable and shrimp tempura, grilled meats and vegetable dishes. Enjoy it chilled or at room temperature.
