Honshu-Ichi Muroka Junmai-Shu Sake

A superb, rich, smooth, complex Junmai Ginjo sake crafted entirely from high-quality local Senbon-nishiki rice. With a slightly acidic freshness reminiscent of some white wines, it evokes exotic pineapple and mango and will pair equally well with pâté or fruit desserts. Serve at room temperature.
