This premium sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki rice, polished to a 50% rate. The resulting sake is light on the palate with delicate aromas and flavours. The bouquet shows aromas of melon and berry with hints of citrus, while the palate integrates flavours of apple and citrus with hints of minerality.
