Inata Iku’s Shiro Junmai Daiginjo Sake

This Junmai Daiginjo sake is made using Yamadanishiki rice with a polish rate of 48%. Generous aromas of green apples, pear, vanilla and white chocolate, sweet with juicy fruit on the palate and refreshing acidity. Best served chilled, as an aperitif or dessert wine.
