Joyo 60 Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

This Junmai sake is made using the historic Iwai rice of Kyoto and is cold-aged to preserve fresh flavours. The nose presents aromatics of apple, banana, honey and citrus. The palate is crisp with an appetizing acidity, showing flavours of citrus, stone fruit and nut. Try it with grilled seafood or poultry.
