This fresh, low-alcohol sparkling sake is an expression of purity. Made with only koji and water, the resulting liquid is refreshing and nuanced. Aromas of apple, pear and koji carry through to the mildly sweet palate. The texture is light and refined with a delicate bubble structure. Best served chilled.
