Kamoizumi Shusen Junmai Sake

Using all local ingredients this junmai ginjo sake has rich and robust aromas shitake mushrooms and a forest floor aroma. Bold, earthy and woodsy on the palate there is a surprising creamy softness. Serve at room temperate or slightly warmed. Pairs well with roasted duck or grilled red meats.
