Kinmon Sekaitaka was released by Oyama Honke Sake Brewery to commemorate its 200th anniversary. Delicate and fruity, it reveals notes of pear and white peach, and is rich with smooth, subtle sweetness on the palate, well-balanced acidity, and a clean finish. It pairs well with sushi, sashimi, and grilled chicken.
