Lachamte Sparkling Sake

This sparkling sake is from Suzuki Shuzoten, one of the oldest sake houses in Japan. It is crafted with Akita Komachi rice with a polishing ratio of 65%. Expect fresh peaches and honeysuckle notes, with a medium sweetness and elegant carbonation. Serve chilled as an aperitif or enjoy it with sashimi and sushi.
