Manai Red Junmai Daiginjo Genshu Binkakoi Sake

This Junmai Daiginjo sake is crafted with rice grown in Kyoto Prefecture, polished to 50%. Floral and fruity aromas are prominent on the nose. The palate is full and rich, with a crisp, dry mouthfeel and a pleasing finish. Best served chilled with appetizers, sushi and sashimi as well as shellfish.
