Brewed at the family-owned Obata Sake Brewery on Sado Island in Japan, this dry sake is crafted from Koshiibuki rice with a 65% polishing ratio. Gentle fruity and floral aromas are detected on the nose, with a well-balanced rice umami on the palate and a smooth mouthfeel. Pair it with seafood or creamy pasta dishes.
