Midorikawa Junmai Ginjo Sake

Midorikawa Sake Company was founded in 1884 by Keisaku Odaira in Nigata, an area well revered in Japan for its quality rice. This unprocessed sake is made with a 55% rice polishing ratio. It is aged for close to a year, resulting in elegant aromas, subtle umami flavours, and a smooth mouthfeel. Pair with light dishes.
