Kakuboshi Brewery was established in Iwate Prefecture in 1906. Their Mizutoriki Junmai Ginjo is crafted from Yamada Nishiki polished to 55%. It reveals pleasant aromas of melon with tangy and crisp fruit flavours on the palate. Enjoy it chilled, paired with steak, tuna, sushi and sashimi.
