Daiginjo designates this as an ultra-premium sake, one that has been produced with rice polished to 50%. A small amount of alcohol is also added to Daiginjo sakes to elevate their aromatic character. This one is fresh and fragrant, with notable ripe apple and pear. Chill and pair with seafood or vegan tempura.
