Nakano Handa-Go Ginjo Sake

This honourable Ginjo is brewed with the local Wakamizu rice polished to 55% and Yeast No. 180. Rich and aromatic, it pours with notes of green apple, banana and grape with a repeat of flavours on the palate. Enjoy this fine sake with tempura, grilled fish, salad or hard cheese.
