Rikyubai Shizuka Junmai Ginjo Sake

This sake was produced in the Daimon brewery, which is in an area nestled between Kyoto, Osaka and Nara. This small region is home to some of the purest mountain water in Japan, which makes for amazing sake. Subtle on the nose, with aromas of honeydew, sage, and hints of white chocolate.
