Nihonsakari Brewery was established in 1889 in Nishinomiya, Japan. No. 14 from their Sakari Series is an award-winning Junmai sake made from Japanese rice and water from Mount Rokko. Highlighting the natural umami of rice, this dry, light, smooth sake has a crisp, refreshing finish. Ideal at room temperature or chilled.
