Sakusei Junmai Sake

Sakusei Junmai sake is brewed in Quebec using traditional methods. It is made from 70% polished rice and a specially formulated koji, resulting in aromas of Asian pear and peach with floral and fruity notes on the smooth palate. Enjoy it chilled, paired with Japanese cuisine, as well as soft cheeses and chocolate desserts.
