Sanzen Omachi Tokubetsu Junmai Sake

This sake is made using Omachi rice, which was first used in 1859 and is considered an heirloom variety. This rice is challenging to work with, but the results cannot be denied. Gently sweet with a distinct umami character, this balanced, stylish sake is ideally suited for food. Great with fish or charcuterie, it can be served chilled or warmed.
