Shichida Junmai Ginjo Sake

The Tenzan Brewing Company was founded in 1875, and Kensuke Shichida represents the sixth generation of the family to brew fine sake here. This one has nice depth and character, with notes of white flowers, peach and umami, plus a vibrant acidity.
