Shichiken Kaikoma Junmai Daiginjo Sake

This Junmai Daiginjo is brewed using 100% local Yamanashi Yumesansui rice polished to 37%. The aromas reveal notes of pear, banana, cinnamon and ginger. The palate is smooth and voluptuous, with notes of peach, raisin and melon, with balanced acidity on the finish. Serve it chilled with seafood.
